Common questions

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Settings › Account › Delete Account. Deletion takes effect after 30 days, and you can cancel it by signing in during that period.

Do you store my exact location?

No. Your device converts its location into a map cell (an H3 hexagon) and we receive only that cell, not raw GPS coordinates.

Who can play?

Kutluk is for players aged 13 and over. Players under 18 need permission from a parent or guardian.

I have a problem with an in-app purchase.
