Delete your account
You can delete your Kutluk account and the personal data tied to it. Deletion takes effect after 30 days and can be cancelled until then.
In the app
- Open Kutluk and sign in.
- Go to Settings › Account › Delete Account.
- Confirm. Your account is scheduled for deletion in 30 days.
- To cancel, sign in again within those 30 days.
If you cannot open the app
If you lost access to the app or your device, send us a deletion request. Open the support form with the topic Account deletion
What happens to your data

| Deleted | After deletion we delete your personal data: sign-in identifiers, email, display name, portrait choice and profile photo, device and notification tokens, IP and session records, and the text of your chat messages. |
| Kept without identity | Records needed for game integrity (for example territory history and raid results) are kept without your identity. Your chat messages are shown as "Deleted player — message removed". |
| Territories and clan | Territories you held become unowned; your clan membership ends. If you lead a clan, leadership passes to the highest-ranked member. |
| Progress and items | Deletion permanently removes progress, Akçe, items and rewards. |
| Backups and providers | Copies in backups and at our service providers (Section 8) may remain for a further period under their own retention cycles, after which they are overwritten or deleted. |
